The normal operation of the steel bar straightening machine is realized by the support of each part. If there is a problem with a particular part, the device will fail accordingly.
For rebar straightening machines, there is one prerequisite for straightening and cutting operations: feed. Feeding is also done on braces, but there are many problems with this first step, the most common being not feeding or feeding slowly.
There are many reasons for this failure. Below I will analyze it for you. The first is some special reasons, such as material blockage, power failure, etc. These have nothing to do with the steel bar straightener itself, but are caused by objective factors. Drive sprockets often lose keys or the chain falls off. If this happens, check again and fix it. The rod wheel of the feed box of the rebar straightener may also fall off. Treatment is the same as before, but if damaged, it will need to be replaced. Since the force exerted on the preset machine is too large, it may have a certain relationship with the force point during operation, which can be solved by knowing the appropriate position. In addition to the above problems, the feed wheel may not be able to hold down the material. Try adjusting the amount of material or simply replace the larger feed wheel.
